To register for rDatabase, click the Register link on the login page. Fill out the registration form with your personal details, select your organization from the dropdown (or choose "Not Listed" to add a new organization), and upload a valid identification image. Once submitted, your account will be reviewed by an administrator.

You can update your profile by clicking the Edit Profile link in your navigation menu (under the Settings tab). For individual users, this allows you to update your personal details and add an "About Me" section. For organizations, you can update your organization's details, add an "About Us" section, and include social media links. Additionally, by editing your profile you can add or remove organizations.
After registration, your account status is set to Awaiting Approval. An administrator will review your application. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved or rejected. If rejected, you may submit a one-time appeal.
After completing and submitting your registration, the approval process is as follows:

If you wish to report abuse, please use the Report Abuse form available on our website. Fill in the required fields and provide a detailed description of the incident. Your report will be sent directly to our administrators for review.
Yes, there is an app version you can install.
The complicated answer: we have built a PWA (Progressive Web App) version of rDatabase. If you do not know what that is, see the next knowledge base question below.
The easy answer: open your phone's browser, go to www.rDatabase.info, and add the site to your homescreen, which triggers the PWA installation.

The search functionality in rDatabase is designed to help you quickly find people, organizations, or categories. Simply enter your query in the search bar, select the appropriate state filter, and click Search. The system performs both direct and category-based searches and intelligently merges the results so you receive comprehensive information.
If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and an email with password reset instructions will be sent to you. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

rDatabase employs industry-standard security practices to protect your data. This includes encryption of sensitive information, secure login protocols, and regular security audits. We are committed to keeping your personal and organizational data safe and confidential.
Inactive users are deleted from the system after 6 months of inactivity. Currently, rDatabase does not offer an automated account deletion option for active accounts. If you wish to delete your account, please use our Contact Us form with your request, and we will process your request in accordance with our policies.
If you notice any incorrect or outdated information on a profile, first contact the individual or organization directly using the contact information provided on the profile and ask them to update their details. If you are unable to reach them or if the information remains incorrect, please use the Report Abuse feature or our Contact Us form to provide the details. Our team will review the information and make any necessary updates.
By editing your profile (via the Edit Profile link under the Settings tab), you can add or remove organizations associated with your profile. However, rDatabase does not currently allow you to switch your registered organization from within your account. If you believe your organization information needs to be updated, please use our Contact Us form with the details, and our team will review your request.
If your organization is not listed during registration, select the "Not Listed" option in the organization dropdown. This will allow you to provide the necessary details for a new organization. If you encounter any issues, please use our Contact Us form for assistance.
Registrations may be rejected for several reasons, including incomplete information, invalid or unclear identification images, duplicate account details, or inconsistencies in the provided information. If your registration is rejected, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with an appeal.
rDatabase is designed as a responsive web application that works with modern browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Our Progressive Web App (PWA) is also supported on most Android and iOS devices.
Currently, rDatabase does not offer a public API, due to the nature of our private resource network. At this time, there are no foreseeable plans for an API in the future.
Updating your email address is as easy as logging into your account and editing your profile. Simply change the email address on your profile, and this will update your records. Please note that your username for login is your email address—if you change it, that becomes your new login.
If you experience issues uploading your identification image, please ensure that your file is in the correct format (JPEG or PNG) and does not exceed the specified size limit. If the problem persists, please use our Contact Us form for further assistance.

Currently, rDatabase is available only in English. We are exploring options to add support for additional languages in future updates based on user demand.
